About the North Harford Road Community Association

The mission of the North Harford Road Community Association is to provide an opportunity for the Community to be represented by leaders, who will advocate on their behalf to work to enhance, and preserve the quality of life, and a sense of community, through effective and efficient management of the Association. This management includes enforcement of rules and covenants, By-Laws, Deed Restrictions, and Policies, to preserve property values, and support initiatives and capital improvements that benefit the greater good of the community. The Community is comprised of the people living within the Baltimore City defined boundaries of the North Harford Road Community.

North Harford Road Community Association desires to establish rapport with the entire community to build a strong base to represent common issues and concerns. We will work toward making improvements within the neighborhood and strive to raise the quality of life by solving community problems and by being proactive to prevent unwanted activities before they become evident. Our goals are to make our homes, our property, and our streets safe while also beautifying and offering wholesome activities for all to enjoy. We want to encourage all residents to become fully involved in the process. We promote orderliness and always working together harmoniously by following good faith principles already expressed by our current officers, membership, and community attendees who are connected to the organization.

Every single individual and family, no matter what their religious, political, or racial background, is viewed as equal. Each person is an important entity within the neighborhood association. Membership and serving as Officers and Board Members is open to everyone in the Community.

The NHRCA advocates to develop the community as a desirable place that we are all proud to call home. A community of friendly, well-maintained, safe, enjoyable, caring, and respectful neighbors, who cooperate with each other to uphold and grow the value of our properties, and our family, friends, and community relationships is an essential theme of our organization. We also strive to maintain common ground areas and take a fair, ethical, and objective approach in representing the interests of all homeowners.
